While the romance is steamy, I stayed for the story. Sahara Lane enhances her story with smoking hot romance rather than relying on it to keep you interested. Elise is a smart, hard-working HBIC that rules with an icy stare that no one dares to challenge. Jo is a bad-ass that has been secretly in love with Elise from the moment she saw her. This book was great! I love the characters and the ease with which the author develops their relationships. The three main characters are all unique, and I haven't read many books with similar characters. Overall, the story was great, and I would recommend it if you like spicy sapphic romances.
